About My Approach

In our session, you'll find a safe space to decode your struggles by unpacking your emotions, delving into your feelings, reflecting on your thoughts and experiences, and identifying your unmet needs as you navigate life and explore your inner world.

I offer an integrated therapy approach informed by the listed therapy modalities to guide positive change and healing, ensure you feel heard and validated, and support your path forward. We'll gently revisit your challenging experiences at your pace and work to build resilience from them. We'll safely challenge and co-explore solutions to address those unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.

My therapy style is a blend of 60% non-directive and 40% directive, adapting to the issues we may explore together. You can expect our sessions to be warm, validating, enlightening, empowering, and sometimes filled with fun moments. While there will be moments where you may feel gently challenged, it is often in those moments that true breakthroughs occur.
